· Submission of the tender documents, negotiations, and conclusion of the contract to supply electrical power from Moldova to the Romanian aluminum smelter “ALRO” S.A.;
· Lead the negotiations process and prepare all required contract documentation for the purchase of the oil filed equipment from “MASHINEXPORTIMPORT” S.A., Romania and arrange export to the Russian Federation.
